Exchange & Refund Policies
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases, tailored or altered fabrics. The color of products as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by House of Uniforms due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings and lighting conditions. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong product or you find that your product is faulty, we will replace the product at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the product cost and the shipping cost (if applicable).
Terms of Exchange & Refund
All items can be exchanged with in 14 Days of Original Receipt Date and Any item purchased on Sale/Promotional days may only be exchanged with in 7 Days of Original Receipt. Damaged products due to wear & tear will be evaluated by the management’s discretion within 3 months of the original receipt. Defective/Faulty Items will only be exchanged for identical item(s) of equivalent value.
No Exchange on any Items with No Tags, No Receipt, Washed, Used, Altered, Damaged, Missing or Damaged packaging.
The management has the right to assess the age & condition of returned goods prior to offering repairs or exchange. All Exchanged items will be made at the Management’s Discretion.
No Cash Refunds or In-store Credit Vouchers will be given on Exchanged goods.
The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
Sales Terms

You undertake to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the websites registration/delivery form/s. You undertake that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods you are ordering.
The color of products as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by House of Uniforms due to elements beyond our control such as variances in computer monitor settings or lighting conditions. We will do our best to accurately describe our products, however if you are unsure of the color, weight or pattern of any of our products we strongly recommend to visit one of our branches to properly view them.
We will endeavor to supply all orders placed and accepted on the website, however, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on us to supply until you receive confirmation of your order from us.
